In this Coding workshop, students will develop programming skills by creating video games and interactive challenges that grow in complexity throughout Winter Camp. Students will start with accessible projects and gradually move into more advanced mechanics, such as collecting objects, navigating mazes, building platform games, and designing custom challenges. Along the way, they will learn essential coding concepts like events, variables, movement, collisions, gravity, and game logic. Every project gives students the chance to personalize their work, test new ideas, and build something that feels like their own. The workshop is practical, creative, and designed to help students gain confidence as digital creators. 🚀 What students will practice: Programming logic, game mechanics, creativity, autonomy, and computational thinking. 🎯 Final goal: Students will create interactive digital projects and personalized games using the coding concepts learned during camp.
